The aim of the group is to enjoy social Country Dancing for fun, fitness and friendship through learning the various dances. The technique of steps and the learning of formations are undertaken in an enjoyable light-hearted manner.

At the end of dancing we have a break for refreshments and chat, we always welcome any visitors or new members.
It is an open class with a mixed level of dancers and new members are always welcome.
